My professional journey has spanned the industries before landing a dream job in the world of social media marketing, where I’ve spent the last decade helping entrepreneurs and small businesses navigate the ever-changing digital landscape and managing the Social Media Marketing Society.

Serving on the leadership team at Social Media Examiner, I’ve led internal initiatives to integrate the Strengths Finder Assessment and Enneagram Personality System into team dynamics, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and personal growth in professional success. I am also REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Training) Mindset Coaching certified.

Today, I’m on a mission to empower professionals to conquer overwhelm and find their essential selves. I guide individuals in overcoming the challenges that hinder personal and career growth. My journey has come full circle, and my passion for psychology drives me to help others thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
